Research shows that, both in Greece and the rest of Europe, female representation in the sector of Information and Communication Technology is disproportionately small.

HEPIS’ objective is to inform the public about this problem and develop an action plan aiming to attract more women in the ICT sector in Greece. We work in order to debunk traditional stereotypes that consider technology suitable only for men and at the same time discourage women from pursuing professional careers in the ICT sector.
