We are currently looking to hire Business Analyst in a Banking Financial Services Sector

  • Acts as a liaison between business areas and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
  • Reviews business flows and updates requirements enhancements, defects, project implementations logs, as well as, release management artefacts
  • Ensures the system design fits the needs of the users
  • Testing: Knowledge of testing strategies, plans and execution. Creation of user acceptance testing scenarios and plans for the launching of new functionalities. Execution and monitoring of Factory Test Verification and UAT.

  • Ability to work in agile manner as part of scrum teams
  • Ability to understand the User Stories (Specs) written by the expert analysts and support the implementation team during implementation sprints
  • Ability to break down user stories in sub-tasks and monitor implementation
  • Ability to write functional documentation of implemented functionalities
  • Ability to execute quality assurance tests and assist in bug fixing

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Mathematics /Business Administration /Financial
  • Master’s Degree or MBA will be considered a plus
  • 2-5 years of experience as a Business Banking Analyst or as Business Analyst
  • Strong communication skills, effective business/technical writing in both Greek and English
  • Experience in technical design process and models
  • Experience in requirements specification and development, such as process/functional requirements definition methods
