Consumer Mobile Retention Team Leader

 

Role purpose: To be responsible for the effective and efficient operations of Retention team. To ensure that quality service is delivered to our profitable customer base and build long term relationships thus enhancing customer satisfaction & loyalty.

 

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

  • Monitor, coach & evaluate his /her team
  • Coordinate the team activities and monitor its performance based on
    quantitate and qualitative KPIs
  • Participate in all projects with scope to improve productive targets
    and Customer Experience
  • Co-operate with other TLs & departments in Commercial Operations
  • Resolve all problems – complaints if needed with optimal fast solutions
  • Attract, retain and develop top talents to his/her team
