And you aim to work in a team that&#8217;s as excited about creating high quality and cutting-edge designs as you are.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job duties and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Re-design of our websites<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design of banners, newsletters and other marketing materials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage daily design requests in a deadline-driven environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good knowledge in Adobe Suite<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An excellent eye for details<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ability to think outside the box<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluency in spoken and written English<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Positive personality and responsible<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic typography-knowledge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Great interest in design generally<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Desirable:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in WordPress is a great advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in HTML 5 banner creation a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Photo manipulation and photo-composition knowledge a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>UX experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of other languages<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>We envision a work culture where people come together to grow and challenge the status quo, where we dare to do and challenge, and where we stand united and committed to each other and our customers.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our bright open-plan office is in the heart of Malta\u2019s amusement area with plenty of caf\u00e9s and restaurants to choose from and offers a modern, relaxed and welcoming environment.
