Information Systems Security Engineer, in MAPFRE MIDDLESEA PLC<\/p>\n

The scope of the position includes all MAPFRE Entities in Malta that is, MAPFRE Middlesea Plc, MAPFRE MSV Life Plc and Middlesea Assist Ltd.<\/p>\n

Education and Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Education<\/strong>:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n A B.Sc. degree in computer studies or equivalent; advanced degree and\/or additional education and training beyond a bachelor would be an asset.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Experience<\/strong>:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n A minimum of 4 years\u2019 experience in information technology is required, with at least 2 years\u2019 of which in direct responsibility for information security architecture, design, development, implementation, and administration in private or public sectors. Alternatively an equal number of years\u2019 experience in a consultancy or advisory role within the field of information technology and \/ or information systems security.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Knowledge, Skills And Abilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n Knowledge<\/strong>:<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Advanced knowledge of practices within the field. \u00a0Integrates and evaluates new advancements in industry, concepts, techniques and standards to contribute to successful business results. Considered an expert in the field within the organization. <\/p>\n Makes complex decisions interpreting company policy, for which there are no set procedures. Decisions influence success for projects of significant impact importance, client relationships, expenses and or ability to meet organizational objectives.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n
