Acts as a liaison between business areas and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems to be solved with automated systems<\/li>\n
Reviews business flows and updates requirements enhancements, defects, project implementations logs, as well as, release management artefacts<\/li>\n
Ensures the system design fits the needs of the users<\/li>\n
Testing: Knowledge of testing strategies, plans and execution. Creation of user acceptance testing scenarios and plans for the launching of new functionalities. Execution and monitoring of Factory Test Verification and UAT.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Ability to work in agile manner as part of scrum teams<\/li>\n
Ability to understand the User Stories (Specs) written by the expert analysts and support the implementation team during implementation sprints<\/li>\n
Ability to break down user stories in sub-tasks and monitor implementation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\n
Ability to write functional documentation of implemented functionalities<\/li>\n
Ability to execute quality assurance tests and assist in bug fixing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n

Good to have<\/div>\n
\n
\n
Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Computer Science\/ Information Technology\/ Mathematics \/Business Administration \/Financial<\/li>\n
Master’s Degree or MBA will be considered a plus<\/li>\n
2-5 years of experience as a Business Banking Analyst or as Business Analyst<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\n
Strong communication skills, effective business\/technical writing in both Greek and English<\/li>\n
Experience in technical design process and models<\/li>\n
Experience in requirements specification and development, such as process\/functional requirements definition methods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
