Job Description
Betsson Group marketing continues to grow at unprecedented rates on the back of its successful multi-brand strategy. We are now looking to hire a Group Digital Marketing Manager who will report directly into the marketing director and take part in ensuring all brands in respective markets are all delivering world class
digital marketing.
This position requires both a strategic and tactical viewpoint, alongside the ability to manage and drive many projects. The key stakeholders will be a combination of internal teams such as Head of Programmatic, Head of PPC,
Head of Media Strategy, Head of SEO, Head of Affiliates, Head of Creative, as well as external agencies.
Responsibilities
The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist the marketing director in leading the annual and quarterly digital marketing planning process across all channels for every brand and every market
- Design, collate and manage several performance marketing reports for key stakeholders including building and maintaining a process to drive performance forward
- Partner with marketing heads in executing many key strategic projects across different media channels to help accelerate Betsson Group into being a world class digital marketing leader
- Work very closely with the in-house insights and analytics team to get maximum effectiveness of our media with the support of marketing director
- Work very closely with world class media agencies and publishers such as Facebook, Google etc.
- Stay abreast of new developments in digital marketing and marketing innovation, provide suggestions to apply new opportunities
- Facilitate flow of communication across marketing sub-departments particularly on strategies and new initiatives
Requirements
You have previous experience from working in a very busy digital environment. Digital marketing will be a passion, continuously searching the market for the latest trends, innovation and efficiency tactics.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred, not essential)
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a busy client side digital marketing role across multiple marketing channels OR account management experience across different accounts agency side.
- Proven analytical skills; ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Essential you understand how to work well with others and maintain a positive “can do” attitude even when working a mission impossible.
- Essential you have amazing communication skills to present complex information in simple terms with clear recommendations based on data insight
We see it as positive if you also have
- Any Google qualifications (GA, AdWords, squared etc)
- Experience managing significant marketing budgets (+€20m)
- Experience working in a very large organisation (+1000 FTEs)
