Responsibilities:

• Support, monitor and administer systems that use MSSQL , ActiveMQ, MSMQ, ESB environment, Trading applications
• Ensure mission critical applications are adequately monitored.
• Optimise management and support of differing application services
• Assist in the design and implementation of new applications and services
• Create and maintain procedural and policy documentation
• Support monitor and maintain associated application services
• Provide an escalation point for level 2/3 issues escalated from the service desk

Qualifications:

• 4-5 relevant experience
• Experience administrating mission critical applications
• Experience with MSSQL and Message queue software
• Experience with Enterprise service bus (ESB) solutions
• Proven ability in supporting applications in Windows environments and in diagnosing highly complex technical issues
• Operational risk and Compliance awareness
• Good documentation skills
• Good communication skills
• Time management and prioritisation
