As a Display Marketing Technical Specialist, you’ll be working in the Digital Technology team of Central Marketing Tech Ops, focused on pushing the limits and striving for innovation to create exceptional personalised customer experiences and solve difficult business problems. The role focuses on management and operation of the Google DoubleClick Campaign Manager system.

Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Drive effective provisioning, operation, and maintenance of the DoubleClick Campaign Manager (DCM) marketing system

• Ensure marketing display campaigns can be run efficiently by the marketing team

• Participate in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure

• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all services and key processes

• Review system and application logs, and verify completion of scheduled jobs such as backups

• Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions

• Create, change, and delete user accounts per request

• Maintain operational, configuration, or other procedures

Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written English communication skills

• You must be a seasoned systems administrator with an aptitude for new technologies who loves to push the boundaries to solve real business problems

• Minimum of a B.S. in computer science OR two years relevant system administration work experience

• Some knowledge about operating systems and shell scripting

• Some understanding of how digital marketing campaigns function

• Previous experience in managing or supporting DCM (or other ad server technologies) in previous roles is a plus

• You are willing to learn and push through new challenges to gain more know-how

• You have agility to learn new technologies and methodologies quickly

• You display initiative, self-motivation, and effective time-management skills

• Familiarity with Agile engineering practices
