Our team operate solidly due to our IT infrastructure. We are therefore looking for an individual to monitor and maintain our computer systems and applications.

Responsibilities:

• Correct running of IT systems

• Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical, application and user support issues

• Carry out software and hardware updates

• Troubleshooting system problems

• Assisting the team with any IT queries and tasks

• Documenting and implementing system policies and procedures should they be needed

The selected applicant should have the following attributes:

• IT qualification or work experience to compensate

• Develop workflows to automate tasks and processes where needed

• Good working knowledge of networking, routers, switches, firewalls and virtualization platforms

• Implement systems with security mindset

• Proficient in Windows
