IT Systems Help Desk Support, in ERP LIMITED

ERP Limited is looking to recruit an IT Systems Level 1 Help Desk Support person to join its growing team.

Duties include the following:

• Desktop technical support to users

• Identify and troubleshoot software, hardware and network problems

• Assist users with mobile devices, Microsoft Office queries, etc.

• Configure Wi-Fi access points, printers, etc.

• Upgrade and administer server software, including managing updates, patches and site documentation

• Monitoring and administering AD, DNS, IIS, VLANs, backups and VM hosts.

• Liaise with the support team on the field

The ideal candidate must:

• Have a vast range of software and hardware knowledge from key Microsoft applications to printers and mobile devices

• Be able to work under pressure, prioritise and multi-task

• Be organised and manage phone calls efficiently

• Have an eye for detail and deliver quality work
