Digital Senior Executive, in VODAFONE MALTA LIMITED


To form part of the brand team, mainly responsible for all Vodafone brand digital objectives across all forms of digital channels. Additionally, be a part of team responsible for overall Vodafone brand objectives through managing, planning, and executing assigned ATL and BTL projects. Contribute to deliver the brand plan in accordance with the brand identity and brand promise.

Key Accountabilities / Key Activities:

  • Lead the strategic management, implementation and reporting for all Vodafone’s digital marketing channels, including but not limited to the Vodafone Website, social media channels and ad purchasing tools.

  • Plan and execute detailed strategies for each campaign on digital media.

  • Work together with the creative agency in order to manage digital advert bookings, placements, optimisation and recommend improvements and to execute detailed campaign and non-campaign content strategies for digital media.

  • Manage Vodafone’s web portal along with the digital agency in order to optimize, improve, and update the portal as necessary in line with communication efforts.

  • Ensure that all digital communications are being delivered to the right audience in the right communication methodology at the right time through the right digital medium and constantly optimise web journeys to reflect best practices. Extend campaign strategy to traditional channels as necessary.

  • Manage digital campaign budgets, monitor spends, recommend budgets, and tweak advertising as necessary per campaign.

  • Create regular reports clearly showing results and putting forward strategic recommendations on improving and optimising Vodafone’s online and digital advertising and footprint.

  • Suggest new trends to adopt in every given project with the aim of ensuring strong differentiating factors in company campaigns and events when compared to competition and other industries in the market.

  • Be a contributor in campaign project team responsible for communication activities in all media, both ATL and BTL.
