CEPIS
HePIS is the only member of the Council of European Professional Informatics Societies ( CEPIS ) in Greece promoting the interests and views of Greek Professionals and ICT Professionals on a pan-European level.
CEPIS represents 33 associations of IT and Telecommunication Professionals from 32 European countries. Founded in 1989, today it represents about 450,000 IT and Telecommunication professionals from most European countries.
Telecentre Europe connects more than 50 organizations across Europe with the aim of promoting Information Technology to bridging Social exclusion and the fight against poverty. It participates, coordinates and implements pan-European initiatives such as the Grand Coalition for Digital Jobs, Get Online Week, e-skills for jobs and Code your future.
European Center for Women and Technology
HePIS is the national point of contact of the European Center for Women and Technology (ECWT) by taking part in actions to increase the participation of women in the ICT sector.
ECWT is the European Regional Center (one of the 10 Worldwide) for women and technology. It has been created within the framework of the United Nations Global Women and Technology Initiative (GWT-I) initiative. It was launched in July 2008 and is based in Drammen, Norway.
